Getting started with Ethylens
1. Provisioning Your Workspace
Once your sales onboarding is completed, you will receive an invitation email containing a secure link to claim your workspace. Follow the prompts to configure your corporate administrator account.
2. Configuring Corporate Entities
Before creating compliance schedules, you must define the corporate structure. Go to Settings > Entities and add your legal entities. For each entity, specify:
- Legal Name: e.g., Acme India Private Limited.
- Registration Details: CIN, PAN, TAN, GSTIN, and local Registration Office address.
- Financial Year: e.g., April 1 to March 31.
3. Inviting Team Members
Go to Settings > Users > Invite. Enter your teammates' emails and assign their initial roles. Ethylens uses role-based access control (RBAC), allowing you to restrict users to specific departments (e.g., Finance, HR) or legal entities.
4. Creating Your First Compliance Run
Navigate to the Compliance Library, find a compliance item (such as monthly TDS deposits), select Enable Schedule, select the target legal entity, and assign owners for the Performer, Reviewer, and Approver stages. Click Publish to launch your compliance run on autopilot.
