Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ethylens (“the Service”), provided by BeIn Legal X ETPL. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not violate any law or third-party rights.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access.
• Do not upload malicious code or content that infringes intellectual property rights.

3. Customer data

You retain all rights to data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant BeIn Legal X ETPL a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide the Service.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes are additional where applicable.

5. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or pose a security risk. On termination, you may export Customer Data within a reasonable window before deletion.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only for the purposes contemplated by these Terms.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Except as expressly stated, BeIn Legal X ETPL disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeIn Legal X ETPL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Total aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BeIn Legal X ETPL harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
